Data Processing Agreement

A GDPR-compliant DPA is available on request for every paid workspace. Email privacy@assetriq.com and we send a countersign-ready copy within one business day.

Subprocessors

Assetriq uses a small, disclosed list of subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, telemetry and AI inference. The current list is available on request and is updated at least 30 days before any material change.

International transfers

Where a subprocessor operates outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data subject requests

Agency admins can export or delete workspace data from Settings. End-user requests should be routed to the controlling agency; we assist within 72 hours.
