Privacy notice

Roles

For customer account data (agency users), Assetriq is the data controller. For property, contact and lead data uploaded or created inside a workspace, Assetriq is the processor and the subscribing agency is the controller.

What we process

• Account: name, email, role, workspace membership, sign-in metadata.
• Workspace content: contacts, deals, properties, valuations, documents and communications you create.
• Telemetry: aggregated usage, error and performance data, retained up to 90 days.

Legal basis

Contract (delivering the service you subscribed to), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement) and consent where required (marketing communications, optional analytics).

Retention

Workspace content is retained for the life of the subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure unless legal retention obligations require otherwise. Backups roll off within 35 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion at privacy@assetriq.com. We respond within 30 days.
