AI usage on Assetriq is governed by monthly allowances and fair-use limits. Enterprise plans set custom limits. Numbers below are the current defaults.

Free, Starter, Pro, Agency and Enterprise are different depths — not different trust levels. The same governance covers every plan.
Human approval by default
Every AI output — valuations, brochures, visualizations, structure proposals — is a draft until a professional approves it. Nothing publishes autonomously.
Evidence trail on every output
Documents, sources, comparables and the exact snapshot used are stored with every AI output. Live features are labelled as such; Preview features are marked and never presented as production data.
Your data stays yours
Assetriq does not train shared models on your workspace content. Enterprise customers can request regional hosting, custom retention and audit export.

Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Professional and Agency at any time — your data, mandates, properties and history stay in place.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Yes. Contacts, properties and existing listings can be imported during onboarding. Enterprise customers get a dedicated migration path.
Can I start with one user?
Yes. Starter is designed for a single agent. You can invite additional team members when you move to Professional or Agency.
Will the AI colleagues learn my business?
The AI colleagues work on your own mandates, properties, contacts and campaigns — so their preparation reflects your inventory and history, not a generic dataset.
Can I invite my team later?
Yes. Team seats become available on Professional and expand on Agency. You can invite, remove and reassign members from your workspace at any time.
What happens to my mandates if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. Access to certain workflows may be paused, but mandates, properties and history remain and reappear when you upgrade again.
